1. This exact list of words will be provided to each student on Monday's.
2. Each Friday we will have a Spelling Test that will consist of my saying the Spelling word out aloud, using it in a sentence and then the student will be required to spell the word correctly. HINT: The test is NOT done in the same order as your Spelling list. Look for these weekly words in their "Take-Home-Folder" in the side that says "KEEP."
3. The Spelling list everyone receives on Monday MUST be turned in as Homework on Friday mornings and will count for a homework grade. I do this to ensure the kids are writing their spelling words ONCE daily. Please do NOT have your child fill out the entire list on Mondays and not look at their spelling words the rest of the week. Sometimes students will develop this BAD habit and it causes bad grades on the spelling test.
