• Create an Account – Begin by setting up your parent account.

• Submit an Application – Log in and complete a New Student Application for your child.

• Track Progress – Monitor your application status, upload documents, and reprint forms as needed.
  A non-refundable $50 application fee is required per student and can be paid in the church office or by phone.

• We welcome inquiries for all students in grades Pre-K 3 through 8th Grade.
  
  

The following documents will need to be uploaded through our online registration portal called FACTS:

• Birth certificate 
• Social Security Card/passport
• Up to date immunization record
• Baptismal certificate (if baptized) 
• Records Release form (if applicable)

After the student is accepted, the formal enrollment process begins and you will receive an enrollment packet through the primary email address you provided.  The enrollment packet is where the majority of your documentation will need to be uploaded.
