The Parent Association supports St. Mary's through volunteer service and outreach activities. As a SMCS parent, you are already a valued member of our PA. This is the place to become more involved, connect with other parents, and make a difference in your children's school. Your participation in the PA strengthens our school community and benefits our students and faculty. Whether you have an hour to spare or can commit to leading an event, every contribution is important and counts toward the required 25 volunteer hours, including attending regular PA meetings throughout the year.

St. Mary's Catholic School is truly blessed with dedicated and supportive parents who partner with us on various efforts throughout the school year. We sincerely appreciate the time and financial support given at both the classroom and school levels. To ensure proper handling and record-keeping, the following guidelines have been established. These procedures aim to protect both parents and volunteers while maintaining accurate records of all donations.

All volunteers MUST be EIM compliant for any volunteer activity or event where students are present.

Compliance (background check) must be renewed every three years, and renewals can now be completed online.
